VitalKure("we", "us") provides clinic management software for healthcare and wellness practices. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our website and platform.
Information we collect
- Demo requests: name, email, clinic name, phone, and message when you submit our contact form.
- Clinic accounts: staff profile information, patient records, and clinical data entered by authorized users of the platform.
- Technical data: standard logs such as IP address, browser type, and usage necessary to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide the VitalKure service, respond to demo requests, communicate with clinic staff, send appointment and supplement reminders (with consent), and improve the platform. We do not sell personal information.
Health information
Patient health information is stored and processed on behalf of clinics that useVitalKure. Clinics are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consents. We implement access controls, audit logging, and encryption in transit. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before processing protected health information in production.
Third-party services
We use subprocessors such as Supabase (database and auth), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), and Daily.co (video) to deliver features. Each is configured according to clinic needs and applicable agreements.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Clinic patients should contact their clinic directly; demo requestors may contact us using the email on our demo page.
